Ling Canal one day tour
It takes one and half hour to get there from Guilin city, you can see the Ling Canal as well as Qing Culture Center. Ling Canal , situated at north of Xing' an, is 58 kilometers far from Guilin. It is 34 km long and the oldest canal in the world. The Ling Canal was built in the 214 BC of Qin Dynasty.

It is possible to sail from Guangzhou by traveling up the Xiang and Gui Rivers to this canal and passing through it, proceed down the Xiang River to the Yangtze, hence to the Grand Canal and even as far as Peiping without getting off the boat.
Meet you at the lobby of hotel in Guilin at 9 am, one and an half hours drive to Lin Canal, visit Lin Canal, Xingan Water Street and have Chinese lunch there, drive back to Guilin at about 2 or 3 pm.
